Coral Princess

 A "new to me" cruise ship is the Coral Princess which arrived in Halifax this morning August 14 on a lengthy cruise from England to Australia.

Built in 2002 by Chantier de l'Atlantique in Saint Nazaire, France, the 91,627 gt ship can carry up to 1970 passengers and 900 crew. 

Departing Dover, England, July 26, the ship made stops in Scotland, Iceland, Greenland, CornerBrook, Quebec City, Saguenay and Sydney, NS. 


 Departing Halifax this evening the ship is heading for New York, then the Panama Canal, Ecuador, Peru, Easter Islands, Tahiti, Auckland, Sydney, and finally Brisbane September 22.
